⚡ Quick
Diaphragmatic Breathing

Breathe deeply into your belly (not chest) to activate your body's calming response during panic.
Why it works
During panic, we chest-breathe rapidly, increasing CO2 imbalance. Belly breathing corrects this and activates the vagus nerve.
Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly. Only the belly hand should move. Breathe in slowly through your nose, out through pursed lips.
